November Closings

So happy for Mike and Jenny Blair! We closed on their Chandler home 11/9/23 two weeks ahead of schedule. Mike was my granddaughter Leah’s Kindergarten teacher and we were able to help him with the Teacher Home Advantage Program.

Michelle and Ty purchased their retirement condo in Mesa on 11/14. I am so thankful to Shauna Stelzer and Gary and Renee Keltner for the referral.

I had the privilege of selling Lou Morgan’s beautiful Chandler home on the 11/17/23. Active to close in 40 days! Thank you to Matt Cassedy, my BNI family, for the wonderful referral.
