The timing of selling your home is a big factor for most people, especially if the move is job or health related. Of course, getting the most money for your investment and knowing where you’ll go next are also important factors.

I have a strategy that helps my homeowners get the most for their homes and even have multiple offers. The Phoenix Real Estate market varies almost by zip code to just because your friends in Mesa got a certain amount for their home and it took 60 days to sell, does not mean the same will happen for your home.

That’s why it’s so important for me to have a conversation with homeowners when they’re first thinking of selling their home. There’s a lot of incorrect information out there, both online and from stories people are telling.
